Bib Collection Details for the TCS World 10k Marathon Bangalore 2016

The organisers of the TCS World 10k Marathon Bangalore 2016 have intimated us regarding collection of the running number bibs for all running the TCS World 10k Marathon Bangalore 2016, at the Get Active Expo 2016.

Please note, all confirmed runners need to personally come to collect their running number bibs from the Expo. Running number bib/timing bib tag will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor distributed on race day.

When : Friday, 6th May and Sunday, 8th May 2016, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (on all days)

When : Saturday, 14th May 2016 – From: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bibs can be collected from the counters marked “Open 10K” within the Registration Area of the Get Active Expo.

What should one carry at the Expo to collect his/her bib ?

  • A soft copy of the confirmation available on http://tcsworld10k.procamrunning.in/registration/application-status/ or print of the confirmation available online.
  • Photocopy of photographic proof of identity (eg. Driving license, school/ college identity card, passport, PAN card, Election card, Aadhaar card). (The identity proof will be verified before handing over your running numbers and timing bib tags.)

    In case of any unavoidable circumstances where you are unable to come and collect your bib on these dates in person, a representative can collect the bib and kit on your behalf. Remember, a representative can come and collect only ONE Open 10K running number bib and kit on behalf of the runner from the Expo.
     

    What should the representative carry at the Expo to collect your bib?

  • Entry confirmation – – Soft copy of the confirmation available on http://tcsworld10k.procamrunning.in/registration/application-status/  or print of the confirmation available online.
  •  A photocopy of Govt. issued photo-identity proof of the registered participant.
  •  A photocopy of Govt. issued photo-identity proof of the representative.

All participants of the Majja Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability need to collect their running bibs only from the Expo. Those participating through Bal Utsav would need to collect their Running Bibs from the Bal Utsav representatives present at the India Cares Stall at the Expo.

What should one carry at the Expo to collect his/her bib ?

  • You will be required to produce a valid Photo identity proof (original and photocopy) of the representative, e.g.: driving license, passport, PAN card, etc. to collect the running bib.
Bal Utsav’s – Runners Care Team, would be present at the India Cares Pavilion on all three days for any assistance to runners registered through Bal Utsav for the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2016. Please call us on +91 9900 279433 on any assistance in your Bib Collection.

    Hi,
    I am Sachin and I have Registered for this upcoming run. I was out of town and I was unable to collect the bib number. Kindly help me from the situation.

    I have registered for TCS 10k.
    Since I am out of country, I could not collect my bib,
