Education -based NGO Bal Utsav has been aiming at replicating its flagship programme iShaala in Chennai, starting with Government Model Higher Secondary School at Saidapet. Bal Utsav, which began its iShaala projects in Karnataka, is also lookingto execute its 360 -degree revitalisation programme in over 400 schools in the state.
