Education-based NGO Bal Utsav announced its foray into Telangana. It is involved in revitalising government schools through its flagship programmes Sampoorna Shaala and iShaala. Through these, Bal Utsav focuses on school infrastructure, water, sanitation and hygiene, teacher development, and scholarships.
