In August 2019, catastrophic floods caused by incessant rains wreaked havoc in large parts of Karnataka and Kerala. Bal Utsav began responding to those impacted by the floods on 6th August 2019 and continued this support for 5 weeks. Read More

An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 7.8 struck Nepal near the capital of Kathmandu on 25 April, 2015. Thousands of people lost their lives across the region and many more were injured. 39 of 75 districts of Nepal were reported to be affected by the earthquake. Read More
